6. Automation & Farm Control Disclaimer

Ostara provides environmental monitoring, control and automation tools designed to support farm management.

Final responsibility for farming decisions remains with the grower. Environmental outcomes and crop performance depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee specific yield improvements, labour savings, or financial outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses
• We are not liable for crop loss, business interruption or lost profits arising from use of the system
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

8. Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or unforeseen events may result in downtime.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public information exchanged in connection with services as confidential.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where:

• Fees remain unpaid
• Continued access presents security or legal risk
